This movie is in french, with english n chinese subtitles...abt the young Coco Chanel's life...it's not a particularly sad movie...but i guess leechie was in an emo mood...so i started crying from the start of the movie...till the end of the movie...perhaps tt's part of the reason y i tend to watch sad movies alone...dont really fancy frenz seeing a leechie with tears flowing down my cheeks n with my makeup smudged...but my leechie mum thinks tt it's quite loser behavior to watch movies alone...-.-"

Btw, saw this pretty taiwanese starlet on tv yest who can cry in 3 mins...i guess leechie can do better...think leechie need less than 3 mins to turn on her taps of tears...free-flow some more...no less -.-"

Leechie likes this movie...v.different from som crappy commercial ones...leechie was a literature student...although leechie wasn't a particularly good literature student, she can still appreciate arty movies n literature...so prefers movies which are more different from the usual commercial ones...

Tell me...who doesnt know or hasn't heard abt the brand Chanel?it's almost every young gal's dream to own a Chanel handbag som day. Her iconic designs helped define women's fashion...the elegance of her classic designs is so alluring...the simplicity and class of Chanel style is timeless and hard to match...not only is Chanel known for her little black dress and her No. 5 fragrance, but also her classic and timeless tweed jacket and skirt suits, 2.55 quilted handbags, trademark two-tone pumps or ballet flats, pearl jewelry and of course her double C logo.

Lemme confess...leechie simply loves Chanel stuff...but they r so exp! leechie still has yet to own a Chanel handbag...but leechie has a Chanel makeup pouch given to me by the Chanel makeup counter ladies...leechie started buying Chanel cosmetics n skincare when she was a teenager...they have limited edition cosmetics almost every season...collectors' items...the strange thing is tt leechie used to like to wear their makeup when i was only a teenager...those dark brownish red lipsticks...they made a leechie look much more mature than she actually was...my first Chanel fragrance was Allure, which is still one of leechie fav fragrances even today...the price of Chanel cosmetics and skincare has appreciated significantly over the years...but cant really invest in those stuff with expiry dates ya...although leechie still has some Chanel cosmetics and skincare, leechie has moved onto mainly japanese cosmetics n skincare brands today...these r not exactly tt cheap...but more suitable for a leechie n more fun as well ^.^

Despite her numerous lovers, Coco Chanel did not marry anyone...she knows tt she will never be anyone's wife...however, even in our modern society...getting married is somhow one of the social expectations here...n walking down the aisle with one's true love one fine day is what many singles hope for...likewise, leechie has also thought abt who would be THE ONE who would explore tt possibility with leechie...who would take care of a leechie for the rest of her leechie life...

When leechie went into the cinema late juz nw, the gentleman sitting next to me asked if i'm alone n if i could exchange seats with his wife for them to sit together...of course, a leechie obliged gladly...hopefully, someone will do the same for a leechie one fine day...btw, leechie happened to see an odd couple (by the usual social convention) when i left the cinema...i'm pretty sure tt my leechie mum would have pointed them out to me n said somthg abt them had she been with me juz nw -.-"

It's fri nite again...n leechie parked herself in front of the tv to catch the 11.30 pm show "Why Why Love" on channel u again...n she cried buckets again...n again, she's rather relieved to know tt leechie mum was already asleep n didnt see leechie crying buckets over a supposedly silly idol drama...

V.touched by the sweet actions of the younger bro...how he tried to console rainie...n how he tried to stand up for rainie when she was bullied...n he tried to clarify the misunderstanding between rainie n his bro when he found out tt she liked his bro...ok, fine...his dashing good looks is also a big plus -> +

Sometimes, i wonder y do those male leads always like to pull the female leads' heads into their chests n hug them?this seems to be a v.typical scene in idol dramas ya...seen it several times in this show...n Kim Hyun Joong's Yin ZhiHou do tt pretty often in "Boys Over Flowers" o.O" oh well, leechie shall not be a hypocreep here n i shall not deny tt leechie also hope tt there will be someone who will do the same for a leechie one fine day as well...someone who will be there for me when i need him...be there to console me when i'm sad or tired...be there to protect me...perhaps all these scenes r what silly leechie has somehow secretly wished for...

There is this particular taiwanese idol drama serial called "Why Why Love" which airs at 11.30 pm every fri nite on channel U. leechie caught a few episodes of this show n is hooked onto this show...will obediently wait in front of the tv every fri nite juz to catch this show...interesting love triangle between the poor female lead (Rainie Yang) and the 2 "rich-kid" brothers...

Leechie can identify with the female lead...need to slog hard to make more money...cos apparently...money's never enough in our practical society...haiz -.-" leechie is always a tired kid who always lacks zzz...haiz -.-" sleep abt only 3hours daily on weekdays...think som ppl might have died wearing leechie shoes -.-" hav frenz ask me y i need to take on so much stuff n work so hard...well, leechie is single now...what's gonna happen to a leechie when i grow older?who's going to take care of a leechie for the rest of my life?haiz -.-" leechie better work harder now to prepare for the future...haiz -.-" leechie doesnt even have time for alot things in life...how to find time to date?haiz...-.-"

In tonite's episode, what the younger bro (supposedly the more rebellious guy) did brought tears to my leechie eyes....he's so sweet...dragged his leg (which was still in a cast) down the flight of stairs n went around searching for rainie....although he tries to act nonchalant, moi was really touched by his concern for her...the small little things tt he does...so sweet...silly leechie ended up crying buckets -.-" good thing tt my leechie mum was already asleep...otherwise she'll definitely suan a leechie for crying over a silly drama serial -.-" btw, silly aaron expressed his surprise when he learnt tt leechie cried watching the show -.-"

They always seem to have such perfect guys in those taiwanese n korean idol drama serials ---> handsome good looks, damn wealthy n successful, humorous, yet so sweet n devoted...do such guys only exist in reel life but not in real life? o.O" or r these guys already extinct?or all taken?haiz -.-"

Silly leechie always envy those female leads in these idol drama serials...fine...i'll admit it...leechie is a cinderella wannabe...how i wish for someone like those male leads to appear and rescue me n take care of a leechie for the rest of my leechie life...hmmm, maybe leechie needs to get a glass slipper first ya? o.O"

Leechie still rems the cinderella storybook tt i had as a kid...tt i bot in a small bookshop near my granny place...the pretty pink n lilac dress tt the cinderella wore on the cover of tt storybook...leechie actually finished reading tt storybook at the bookshop before asking my leechie mum to buy it for me...still rems watching the cinderella movie "Ever After" starring drew barrymore...v.nice movie with all the beautiful costumes...even as a child, leechie preferred cinderella rather than snow white, whom in my leechie opinion, is dumbo enough to eat poisonous apples n whatever crap tt ppl gave her...-.-" cinderella is different...she was bullied by those evil n ugly step-sisters and step-mother...until the fairy godmother sent her to the ball where she met the prince...n they lived happily ever after...i hate to admit this...but there r times when i feel really tired...n silly leechie would somehow hope tt such a prince can appear one fine day...n rescue me n take care of a leechie for the rest of my leechie life...n all the happily ever after thingy...well, it's v.much my silly wishful thinking...perhaps, i'll do better with more sleep...rather than spend time on such wishful thinking...fairy godmothers dont exist in reality...neither r there any such princes around here in our practical society...wake up...n welcome back to reality...

Hehe, leechie finally bot a new pink mobile phone ---> Sony Ericsson W595 =) long q at the hello shop today...the waiting time was pretty long even though we were at the express q...well, my leechie dad is one of those ppl who have no patience ya...so...

Btw, the phone comes with 1yr foc mobile on broadband thingy for u to download 50songs every month...but the prob is...leechie line contract is not due yet...so gotta use leechie dad line to recontract to buy this phone...so the free mobile on broadband thingy is applicable only for his no...so this means that leechie needs to borrow his SIM card whenever leechie needs to download songs...haiz...troublesome -.-" paid only $38 for this phone with 2yrs plan...cos additional $30 off for national day promo =)

Leechie was actually trying to decide with this phone n a pink LG phone...but that LG phone touchscreen is not v.sensitive to touch...then my leechie mum's bright idea is for leechie to trim off my fingernails so that the touchscreen can detect my fingertips -.-" well,leechie no fancy this option ya -.-"

Leechie chose the W595 mainly for its fantastic sound quality cos it's a walkman phone...juz like my W910i...ya...then i can continue to annoy anybody in my vicinity with my annoyingly loud ringtones...hehe ;p it also has a 3.2 Megapixel cam...an upgrade from my current 2.0 megapixel cam that comes with W910i...although leechie hardly takes pics...

Well, leechie is quite glad to get a new mobile phone...cos my current W910i is dying a slow death n gives me all sorts of probs...despite me sending it for repair twice n having the motherboard changed -.-" it auto hangs n auto shutdown too frequently for my liking...n depending on its highly volatile mood, sometimes it would juz declare that it cannot detect my SIM card -.-"

Btw, the new LG GD 9000 was launched yesterday and leechie was trying out the handset juz now...it comes with a damn cool crystal sliding keypad...but then again,the touchscreen aint sensitive to a leechie touch...rather frustrating trying to operate this phone...cos it seems that the pretty bling bling keypad doesn't seem to be much responsive either -.-" but i muz say,it looks pretty...although much bigger in size compared to the other phones that i have used...btw, i have seen adverts of this phone being posted on this blog at times...can check it out if keen...

Pink Lappie & Pink Hello Kitty Mouse

Leechie pop ovr to Sim Lim Square last weekend with my leechie mum to search for a pretty pink mouse to match my new pink lappie...but couldn't find any nice ones. There was this particular Hello Kitty mouse which is in the form of a Hello Kitty head and the two sides of the ribbon are actually the left and right click and the middle of the ribbon is the scroll button...amusing...but according to the sales assistant ( who is a guy), he says it's retarded and he wouldn't use such a mouse...

Silly Aaron has some bright ideas again ---> he says leechie should juz buy a normal pink color mouse n paste Hello Kitty stickers onto it...he seems to like stickers alot ya...cos previously, he suggested leechie to go get the black color lappie skin to paste ovr my pink lappie when i complained tt i actually wanted a black lappie but they ran outta black ones and leechie chose pink color ovr the red....which were the only two colors left...-.-"

Guess what? leechie was at Lot 1 on friday to collect my stuff from SASA...n i saw this shop selling different designs of cute Hello Kitty mouses...hehe...leechie finally bot a pretty pink Hello Kitty mouse to match my pink lappie! =) omg, leechie sounds so bimbo -.-" well, the original idea of getting a pink mouse to match my new pink lappie actually came from my leechie mum ;p

My new pink lappie actually arrived a couple of weeks ago...but leechie has been pretty busy recently...so hasn't open up the box until yest...juz wanna check if the pink Hello Kitty mouse matches my new pink lappie...hehe ;p

Leechie called Singnet yest...cos i need help to configure my new pink lappie...however the staff who answered my call wasn't able to help me at all and wasted 1 hour of my leechie time...he told me that he would record down my prob and report my case and get someone to call me the next day...guess what? Nobody bothered to call me today!n when i called in to Singnet again, the gal who answered my call couldn't find any records of my prob/case and there was absolutely no records of my conversation with the crappy guy who took my call yest!i had to repeat my prob all ovr again...gosh...leechie has no intention of sounding like a broken record manz...n again,she told me that she would report my case n get someone to call me tmr...at least,i could hear her typing tis time round...i told her that i wanna speak to the mgr if nobody calls me tmr! -.-" that crappy guy who answered my call yest reminds leechie of some words ---> totally irresponsible n crappy!!! -.-"

Well, this is the prob that a leechie is currently facing ---> Singnet sent me a general cd n the crappy guy couldn't even configure the usb modem!can i get them to either send me a LAN cable or the correct cd with the usb driver?

After this unpleasant experience, leechie is seriously considering switching ovr to other service providers once my present contract ends! -.-" anyway, leechie ain't alone...judging by their comments, my facebook frenz seem to have negative experiences with Singnet after sales technical support service as well....-.-" It's high time that Singnet should do something abt their after sales technical support service...if they don't wanna see more ppl switching ovr to other service providers!Apparently, many ppl,including a leechie...ain't too impressed! -.-"

Update:

Singnet mgr called me on sunday...they wanted to send a technician down to solve my prob...but leechie doesn't see the point of having the technician to come down juz cos of the usb cable...to me,it's really simple...it's that they either send me the correct cd for the usd cable or they send me a LAN cable...tt's all...however,i was told that they can't juz send me a LAN cable...so the mgr asked me to go buy the LAN cable myself n call them again...leechie pop ovr to Sim Lim Square yest to get the LAN...even the sales staff at the shop is much more knowledgeable than the first crappy singnet staff who took my call but didn't record down my prob...the sales staff was like...they can't even solve a simple prob like this?u go tell them tt u wanna switch service provider...

Woah...after leechie plugged in the LAN cable...i can finally get internet access on my pink lappie...smooth...yay =) the Singnet mgr called today...n he's going to waive one month of my subscription rate...well, that sure beats nothing ya...o.O

Btw, this will be the last lappie tt leechie would ever buy from Dell...leechie is v.disappointed and disgusted with the antics employed by their sales staff to close sales...promising u stuff tt they didn't even submit the order in juz to induce u to make the purchase...n their sales mgr says tt his sole responsibility is to ensure tt the submitted order gets delivered n the rest is not his responsibility...he doesnt even care if his staff has made verbal promise for certain things but yet submitted another order altogether...seriously, if such misleading antics doesn't constitute misrepresentation...then i really have no idea what constitutes misrepresentation! -.-" apparently, words such as integrity and responsibility dont exist in certain ppl's dictionary...a leechie has better things to do than waste my time on such hypocreeps...-.-"

Now leechie finally understood y my frenz keep asking me not to buy Dell stuff! -.-"
